Pezhman Dashti founded Dashing Properties in Irvine in 2014 to give property owners and businesses a broker who understands real estate from the ground up. His background in construction and property development informs how he evaluates buildings, sites, and value.
Today his practice centers on commercial real estate — industrial, retail, gas station and convenience store, office, medical, and investment property — alongside a residential practice serving Irvine and Orange County.
Clients work with Pezhman directly, from the first conversation through closing.
